Maxell 183850 LTO Ultrium 2 tape features the use of a superior and dimensionally stable PEN base-film to ensure stable data reading and writing even in high-density recording. Maxell 183850 cartridge is purple in color and the durability of the tape is rated at 30 years of archival storage and at least 1,000,000 head passes. The Maxell 183850 tape cartridge can safely be used for long lasting archiving. The Maxell 183850 LTO-2 Ultrium is compatible with LTO-2, LTO-3 and LTO-3 WORM tape drives and autoloaders.
